MORGAN AIKEN
Head Coach
Coach Morgan is a former Japanese-American professional basketball. Born in Honolulu and raised on Guam, he became the first Guam high school graduate to sign a professional basketball contract overseas and the first player from Guam to compete in Japan's professional B.League. Was a NCAA college basketball athlete our in Pennsylvania. Over a 7-year professional career, he competed for multiple top-tier Japanese clubs before retiring in 2022 and returning home to dedicate himself to coaching and developing the next generation of island players.
As a high school athlete at Saint Paul Christian School, he earned IIAAG All-Island honors 3 times and helped lead his team to a Championship in 2011. He then represented Guam on the national stage, winning a gold medal with the Guam national basketball team at the 2014 Micronesian Games. In his final professional season with the Yamaguchi Patriots, he was voted team captain by the organization, staff and players, finishing with nearly a 4-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio.
Coach Morgan chose to return home to Guam after his professional career to invest in the next generation of island basketball players.
REO AIKEN
Head Coach
Coach Reo is a Japanese-American professional basketball player and the younger brother of Head Coach Morgan H. Aiken. Standing at 6'2", Reo followed in his brother's footsteps by taking his game to Japan's professional B.League, completing his rookie season with the Yamaguchi Patsfive in 2025–2026. Before turning pro, he played college basketball at Moorpark College in California.
A member of the Guam national basketball team, Reo has represented his island on multiple international stages, bringing that experience and competitive edge to his role as a coach.
DALLAS MARTINEZ
Assistant Coach
Coach Dallas is a Hawaiʻi native and former college standout who built an impressive career as a guard for the Chaminade University Silverswords in Honolulu. A graduate of Sacred Hearts Academy in Honolulu, Dallas was a three-time All-Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division I selection during her prep career, earned first team all-ILH honors as a senior, and was named to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser's prestigious Fab 15 list in both her junior and senior seasons. She led the state of Hawaiʻi in scoring and field goal percentage in her senior year before going on to compete at the college level.
At Chaminade, Dallas left her mark as one of the program's all-time greats. She ranks sixth in program history in scoring with 631 career points, fourth in assists with 177, and holds a career field goal percentage of 41.6% — tied for the all-time program lead. Her most defining moment came in the 2022–23 season when she turned in the first triple-double in Chaminade women's basketball history, recording 23 points, 13 rebounds, and a program-record 11 assists in a single game. That same year she was named the team's Most Outstanding Player — an honor she also earned the season prior. A two-time Most Outstanding Player and Academic All-PacWest honoree, Dallas brought both intelligence and toughness to the court every game, finishing her college career with a scoring average of 9.7 points per game.
